The Chocolatier

Robert Noel is The Chocolate Plate’s very own chocolate connoisseur.  He is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and during his chocolate training at LCB he was trained by Ian Titterton, formerly of Moonstruck Chocolate.  This is where he began honing his skills in the art, science and taste of chocolate.  Robert went on to work in the confection kitchen of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and then onto Guittard Chocolate Company in California.
